Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance, location, or unforeseen delays (e.g., festive seasons or public holidays).
3. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier services such as J&T Express, PosLaju, and Ninja Van to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been shipped.

6. Undelivered or Lost Packages
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address, kindly contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
We are not responsible for incorrect delivery information provided by customers during checkout, so please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.

Currently, Rastik Locker ships within Malaysia only. International shipping will be announced once available.
