At Rastik Locker, we take pride in providing 100% authentic football jerseys. Every item we sell is carefully sourced to ensure originality and quality. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date you receive your order, provided that:

The item is unwashed, and in its original packaging.

The product tag or label is still attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Customized or personalized jerseys (such as name printing or number printing).

Sale or clearance items.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us first via WhatsApp or email with your order number, reason for return, and photo of the item.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item back. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed through your original payment method within 7–14 working days.

Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or design), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
